This is a totally new idea to me. Do you get packages delivered via UPS but often not home to get them? Would it help if you knew in advance when to expect a delivery, so that you can make better arrangements? UPS now offers a service to help you manage your deliveries.
You can reschedule a delivery, have it rerouted to deliver to another location -- all sorts of things. The best part? The service is FREE!
