Winning the War Against Panic Attacks

Do you or someone you love suffer from anxiety and panic attacks? Rodney Southern's How to Fight Panic Attacks and Win can help you fight that war.

Southern's ebook is a no-nonsense look at how he overcame the panic attacks that consumed his life for over 30 years.  Not a medical professional, the author does encourage seeking proper medical and psychological diagnosis and treatment for anxiety and panic attacks, in addition to trying his suggestions.

Affirming that the book is not a replacement for proper medical care, Rodney Southern shares the methods of treatment that allowed him to kick panic attacks to the curb.  His experiences can help you too.

How to Fight Panic Attacks and Win is available for online purchase, or mention this post in an email to the author for a special discounted price.

(I was provided a copy of  How to Fight Panic Attacks and Win but was not compensated in any other way for this post.)

I knew a couple of people with panic disorders. I've had moments of panic but I think I suffer more from anxiety than I do panic. Please find my latest A-Z Challenge here: http://myheartblogstoyou.blogspot.com/

I'm the same way Theresa. I don't think I've ever had a full blown panic but definitely experience anxiety every day.

I may check out the book anyway since the two are related.

It really helps when you live with someone who knows you have panic and anxiety attacks then stupid things to cause them.

Thanks for sharing. I have had some anxiety issues and will be sure to check out his ebook. The only time I have a panic attack is when I fly. So I don't fly very often and when I do I have to have medication from the doctor.

I really need to read Rodney's book. I suffered from anxiety attacks for many years and it was awful. Thankfully Zoloft made things much easier. Great review.
